"The staff and room were fine, but it just needs updated and an elevator. Breakfast and parking were fine."

"Reserved a queen bed, got a double bed. Bedroom had no wastebasket. There were no tissues (Kleenex) available at all. Room was very clean, but poorly appointed, and not what we reserved. My overall impression of the place was below expectation, depending on its fabulous closeness to the lake to keep one from noticing. Also, at breakfast my yogurt/fruit/granola order arrived without granola or an explanation. The waitress did find some at my request, but if I hadn't asked . . . Disappointing ocerall"

"We stayed here a night before we checked into Cooperstown Allstar Village baseball tournament. My son and I enjoyed fishing by the lake on the property. We also explored 3 Mile Point for fishing. Ate dinner at Blue Mingo - beautiful view on the water. We played on the arcade on the property. Super friendly staff. Property well maintained. Felt safe."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cooperstown by IHG

"This hotel was super close to Dreams Park. We were traveling for our 12 year old son playing in the Cooperstown Tournament Week 1. The staff was wonderful and I think we seen the full payroll because we were there for 7 days lol. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to housekeeping, they didn't miss a beat. Breakfast being included was a life savor!! And it was actually delicious with different options. Our kiddo stayed with us the first night and last night and the pull out couch was a great option for him. The size of the rooms are wonderful - I think slightly larger than a typical hotel room. The microwave and mini fridge was a HUGE plus. We grabbed a few items that was at the General Dollar so hold us over for late night snacks or random food times during any downtime. That was really convenient. This hotel is the closest to Dreams Park and was great for in between games/activities. 10/10 recommended!! And it is only maybe 12 minutes from the "downtown" area and super close to many restaurants and ICE CREAM is everywhere. ;)"
