「No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto un dia durante mi estancia. En el cajon de la habitacion habia ropa interior de los anteriores huespedes. La cafetera jamas funciono a pesar de que avisamos en la recepcion que no servia.」

「I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!」

「The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. 」

「My go to hotel when laying over or visiting CDMX. The hotel offers a full spa, sauna, steam room and lap pool. On site restaurants are wonderful and the historic city center is walking distance. Excellent front desk reception, bell hops, room service and very secure.」
