「We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay which is why we booked again this year. The breakfast is good and the communal areas including bar area and gym were excellent. However the cleaning of our room was substandard and this spoiled our stay. Unfortunately we won't stay here again.」

「Brilliant apartment Stunning decor Beautiful taste As a disabled lady, we found from parking the car to unlocking the apartment door, it was easy as all on one floor. There is a lift to get to the restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One one point, we could not find an ice tray x」

「Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both.」

「Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

「Lots of steps for older or disabled clients. Toilet flush not very efficient. The pressure wasn't strong enough to flush properly. The decor in the room needed up grading. Not enough plug points. The room was nice, and large. Just seemed a little un-loved.」

「The breakfasts were excellent but I would have preferred a start time earlier than 8.30am. There was constant noise from the room next door which prevented me from sleeping. The hosts were very helpful and I made these comments on my departure. Sleep is important so This was an issue for me」
