「We were met by our first names and instantly offered a cup of tea and cake! This personal,friendly theme ran throughout our short stay and made it a really lovely experience. The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.」

「The people here are uniformly lovely, eager to please and generally excellent. The property is apparently being run on an absolute shoe string and the budget doesnt run to the basic maintenance of “anything”. Its a time warp back to the 70’s in most regards - and that appears to be the last time anything saw a lick of paint.
