"Bien situé, chambres propres. Manque des items lorsque la réservation est pour plus de 4 personnes. Toutefois le personnel est attentionné pour aider à gérer le tout. Indication kitchenette est plutôt trompeuse : il y a un mini frigo, un micro onde et une cafetière. Rien de plus et pas de vaisselle. Déjeuner correct sans plus"

"Everything was great except check-in. When we arrived on a Thursday, expecting to get our rooms to and to have time to prepare for supper and a concert, the whole lobby was crowded with lined up people waiting for their rooms too. It took 30 minutes to even get to a desk and then the room wasn't even ready. Valet parking was smooth but then there was no one to indicate how to get to the registration from outside and with heavy bags and stairs, it wasn't the luxury I was expecting. We even saw Tragically Hip members on the Gold floors also waiting the 30 minutes in line to even talk to an agent. Understaffed I think."

"The staff here were absolutely amazing! They seamlessly accommodated our early arrival (a special thanks to Natalia) and stayed in touch throughout our trip, texting us updates and proactively asking if they could assist with anything. It truly made our stay feel personal. 😊 We also took advantage of the gym, which was so well-equipped that it felt just like being back at our own gym at home.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to the wonderful Hilton staff!"
