Very nice owners. Rooms are spacious and private and very comfortable. The pool was great at sundown. With a real deep end. We noticed the breakfast was a little plain (like a Comfort Inn) as opposed to the brunch experience we were expecting.

Did not care for this place. Was at a wedding, had to leave the wedding to come check in, doors locked at 11 pm so difficulty checking in, empty shampoo and body wash containers.

Newton Villa is a nice small hotel-almost like a B&B, though there is no staff living in the house at night (it only has 10 rooms and one suite). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has lovely grounds, which are under renovations to improve them even further. The house is clean and comfortable. The backyard pool and covered patio are enjoyable to use, and the breakfast is extensive and generous for such a small place. This was our second stay and we will certainly return again!

Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast 7-10 but owner was very nice setting it out early as I had to be out by 630. Never did use the pool but area was very nice.

The property is absolutely stunning. Very secluded, quiet and clean. Check out was at noon, which would have been a lovely treat if we’re weren’t rudely interrupted twice by staff. Parking is only for one vehicle, which made it difficult as my partner and I both had cars. There is a risk of towing, which the owner’s make very clear, but we ultimately didn’t have an issues. The shower gave me the heebie jeebies - very dark and cold, but we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub throughly. We would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet, and low key get away. They also have a lovely pool, that we did not get to try. We do plan on coming back.

Just wonderful!! We love it here. Chose to stay another night because we didn’t want to leave. So peaceful. Room was clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept. The pool is amazing. Heated and clean. We sat on the back porch and read and talked for hours. Just a wonderful place to unwind.

Very nice and quiet environment and clean property. Staff was great and breakfast was good. My only suggestion is to provide a power source beside the bed for easy phone and laptop charging . I had to leave my phone beside the tv to charge. I dot know about other rooms but that’s the only thing lacking in the room I was in. Besides that , every other thing was great.
