"The staff were absolutely exceptional in every way! They were friendly, helpful, polite, and genuinely happy to have us there. We were thrilled to be able to check in early and were even given free breakfast coupons. The only downside was the kitchen speed and food temperature at breakfast. While the restaurant floor staff were fabulous, it took quite a while to get our food. When it did arrive, my daughter's pancakes and our friend's omelet were both cold. We didn't bring it up to the staff at the time because we needed to get to the airport and didn't have time to wait for a remake. This wasn't a huge deal to us, but I wanted to provide a truthful review. The staff here are truly amazing, and I would definitely stay here again!"
