「The greeting on arrival was warm and efficient. Our room was in an adjacent newer building, it was warm, clean, and well appointed, with a view of the garden. The breakfast was lovely the following morning. The hotel building is impressive, as are the beautiful gardens. The location is in a quiet residential area, and a fair walk from the city centre, but was no issue as we had a car. We will stay again.」

「Clean room, quiet location, delicious breakfast. Lovely bar. Beautiful views. I would recommend.」

「It is a functional hotel. I cannot comment on the food as having arrived at about 7.30pm and checked I could still get dinner, When I took a seat and ordered a drink just before 8pm, I was told the chef had to leave early so no food would be available. I was told where else might be serving food and left to it.」

「我的小女兒說在睡覺時有一隻大狗狗來找她玩，退房時我再帶我小女兒去看green lady的畫，小女兒說就是那隻狗狗跟圖中那顆球球」

「Food was fabulous!! The staff was helpful and our was clean.」

「Nothing to dislike....Clean room...very clean bathroom & towels .. great food & Very helpful staff...shall certainly stay again... would recommend to anyone」

「Nice room」

「One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hospitality is bar none and the experience is ethereal. You can almost image the days leading up to the battle of 1746 unfold walking through the halls and the grounds. Lots of delightful surprises I won't spoil that make the experience unique and special from music, to gardens, to the hospitality.」

「After a long drive from Edinburgh, this was a great place to land in Inverness. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting various sites and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!」

「We would absolutely stay here again. Not far from the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary requirements and made her feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and overall the property seemed quite quiet. The breakfast was consistently good and kicked off our busy days very well. Recommended!」

「Está un poco retirado de Inverness. El lugar es limpio, los cuartos y baños de de buen tamaño y el personal muy amable.」

「This should be a marquee hotel with its history and design. But it's a very tired property being sweated by owners for the last bit of value. Hotel's business is mainly coach parties, so the few rack-rate customers like us feel marginalised. Seriously understaffed to serve and clean up after 3 coach parties at breakfast. Cleaning of the public areas is skimpy. Maintenance likewise. Barely adequate overall for £140/night at end of Sept. For the record, I think I should have spent a little...

「很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！」
