All in all a good stay. We found the room and restaurant good. We would recommend some kind of temperature control in the room as it was very hot. We asked for this to be turned down or off but this did not happen so we kept the window open.

The room was extremely small. I had a big spider in my room the first night. It was odd to me that the front door was locked the majority of the time. The staff were very friendly though. The food I had there was good but the dinner hours were different daily. So plan ahead for dinner.

We stayed a night and found the place good to stay. The room was okay for some reason the beds we had were on wheels and moved a bit but were okay. We found the hotel very hot. There was no way to control the temperature in the room and we did ask for it to be turned down but this did not happen and we kept the window open most of the time. We ate and had drinks in the restaurant which was fine. Other than temperature control the hotel was okay to stay at.

Well by far the most bizaare check ins ever!!! The staff were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A few problems with checking in, we were given a key to a room already in use. But overall it was fine for a night. Bar was noisy wnd rhere was a lot of banging which wadnt heloful with a 4am start. Shame tou couldnt book without breakfast.

I’ve been traveling for over a month, and this hotel offers the absolute best value for money I’ve encountered. I keep rebooking my stay here because it’s just that good. Room 103 is stunning—watching the rain through the large window felt like being inside a YouTube 'cozy ambience' video. As a solo Interrailer, I found the location near the train station incredibly convenient, and the hotel felt very safe. Highly recommended!

​I was extremely grateful for the room upgrade; the room was absolutely stunning. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to book extra nights and extend my stay! ​The only minor issue was some signal interference with the Wi-Fi and TV, but the location more than made up for it. There is breathtaking scenery just a short walk away. A highly recommended place for a longer stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel, a circa 25 minuti da Inverness. La posizione è comoda sia per andare verso nord, sia per scendere verso il lago Loch Ness, e il paesino in sé è abbastanza servito. Il prezzo è ottimo, ma siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dalla struttura in sé una volta arrivati. Se non avete pretese e’ un ottimo punto di appoggio, ma l’aspetto generale e gli arredi risultano piuttosto vecchi e fatiscenti. La nostra camera era spaziosa, il bagno era basico, piccolino ma pulito e sembrava rinnovato di recente, lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti e la stanza veniva rassettata ogni giorno. L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è la moquette per terra, si sentiva l’odore non appena entrati in camera e appariva molto usurata. Attenzione, la reception si sposta spesso nella zona bar accanto, quando questo è aperto. Noi all’inizio non capivamo come entrare, perché il portone principale era chiuso (si accede solo con la chiave magnetica) e non ci eravamo accorti del bar. Il personale è gentile.
