「Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. 」

「The Royal Highlander Hotel is a quaint , enchanting , old style hotel. It has a beautiful staircase that I absolutely loved and a large lounge in the lobby that is comfortable. 「Celebrated my 60th Birthday and had family from Inverness into the hotel for a meal on the evening of my birthday and the food was tasty and well presented. Having stayed twice before the breakfast was at its normal high standard and all the staff are very pleasant. 」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「Pretty sraight forward airport hotel. We stayed here because it is right across from the Inverness airport and we had an early flight the next day. Not convienetly located in terms of the airport rails statio (about 10 mi ute walk). Kitchen and bar were okay. 11 quid for continental breakfast, but you book this for the convenience,not because it's a good value.」
