Very nice hotel, located on a quiet peaceful street and close enough to tourist attractions. My family and I will definitely be coming back if we plan on staying near this area again.
Room was nice and clean. The location was perfect and close to everything for getting quick essentials. Also, the Indian restaurant across the street has fantastic curry meals.

Room was very clean, very easy to navigate check-in/ out
It met our expectations, was clean, had good utilities, nice balcony, good location, easy check in process. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable.
Very roomy 4 bed bunk beds with a kitchen area and seperate bathroom. There is no staff on site but the check in process via tablet was simple enough
Only real issue is that there is no elavator and a very narrow staircase if you have big luggage
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Rona. Be aware that there won’t be a person to assist with check in and out, but respond quickly to questions and requests through email. Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood nearby to attractions & transportation. Laundry is directly in the room, which is great. Terrific coffee shop is neighboring the hotel, very convenient in the mornings.
The hotel is well equipped and walkable from Higashi Shinjuku station. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights with 2 young kids. Clean and modern with large comfortable bunk beds for 4 ppl.
Thank you Rona hotel!
Smooth visit at the Rona hotel, well located in shinjuku and easy access to the subway. Very clean facility and responsive staff when we have questions. Room cleaning included which is very good too!
We loved our stay at the Rona Hotel. It was very convenient and our favorite thing was the shower. I have never have such and amazing shower pressure anywhere in the world. My only feedback is to get better signage about the place. The sign is very small and we had trouble finding the place. Other than that, it was a great location for our family of 4
Close the main area of Shinjuku and train. A nice apartment with bunks and a kitchenette. Everything was clean and convenient.

Great place to stay! It was great for 2 ppl. The space is a bit small if you have two huge luggages (had to manoeuvre luggages to open them)
Only negative is the main entrance to hotel does not have a lock so anyone can open it. Rooms need a code to get into so relatively safe and we had no issues
Good location. And the room is pretty good for a group of 3. The location is also near a metro station and a couple of convenient store and restaurants. It's also one bus away to the heart of Shinjuku. The only down side is the hotel doesn't have a elevator which made it hard for us bringing in and out our luggages. We're on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We struggle bringing down 6 luggages when we were leaving.
Good amount of space (we were a family of 4), with a basic kitchen and a kitchen table - this helped when we had a 7-11 dinner!
The location was a bit removed from the main action of Shinjuku.
The Rona hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood with convenience stores and a supermarket close by. There’s a delicious curry restaurant right across the street.
The washing machine in the unit was so nice to have. I would recommend this hotel.
The room had four separate beds and a dining area, which was ideal for our group.
The self check-in process was convenient, though the stairways were a bit narrow.
The location was great, being within walking distance to the subway station, and the neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend it to others.
Perfect for our group of 4 stay in Japan for a week. The shower was a pretty big size than the usual Japanese shower, and the toilet was separate so two people could utilize those facilities at the same time. The room was pretty spacious with a medium size dining table. Its location was in walking distance of the main parts of Shinjuku as well as nearby the train station and a 7/11. The only minor thing was the stairs are very narrow making it a bit annoying to carry up and down big luggages. Overall a pretty good experience and would recommend.

Our room was much smaller than I anticipated. I didn’t realize we didn’t have an actual table but that the tray table in the room is what was considered a table. It had a kitchen sink, stove, microwave, plates, washing machine/dryer combo was a must, etc. so it was good for our purposes. The room was on the third floor, no elevator and ac was not on when we arrived. We were very hot from being outside in the heat so entering a room even hotter was incredibly difficult. Once the ac was running, it cooled very well but took some time. Really wish it had been on prior to us getting there. We had the 3 twin bed room, others were larger but already sold out. I’d say go for the larger rooms if you can but if you don’t mind the small space, it’s functional and was fine for 2 adults and 1 child. I wouldn’t try for more people.
