It was very comfortable and clean. The rooms on Japan are always small and tight, but this place was very nice. Also, VERY close walking distance to the subway/train station and high end retailers and malls. Also, many restaurants within walking distance. Great stay and location for us.

Nice stay, room was very clean. The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station, 3-5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Ginza area. Lots of shopping and food options close by. WiFi was not available when we arrived and throughout our stay, which was the only issue we encountered. The hotel provided a 1,000 Yen gift card to be used at local convenience stores for the inconvenience.
