This hotel has everything you need for an affordable short or long stay. It’s in a great location near the Nezu metro station and Ueno park, it has full kitchen amenities, and laundry, a restaurant and bar, and everything is spotless. Customer Service is great, price is amazing. Great home base for exploring Tokyo in your 20s and 30s. Don’t forget to enjoy the rooftop patio!

Absolutely loved it. You have the option of either a bunk version where you share with others or pay more for a private room. Theres a lounge with a pool table, kitchen, eestaurant and bar. Great way to meet new people!

Great stay here. The hotel is well set up with plenty of shower blocks that were always clean. The onsite restaurant was really convenient for the mornings to get the day going. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again

About a 15min walk from Ueno, the hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood, and walkable to a lot. Very close to Nezu station which made getting around easy. Happy hour, and the cafe were nice for getting something to eat or drink. Rooms were nice, clean and bright with a typical Tokyo hotel bathroom

We just had one night, the location is excellent and really takes you away from the hustle and bustle but keeps it all within reach. We appreciated the projector, pool table and happy hour with a free beer! Slightly pricey for our booking but a great and friendly experience 🙂

this hostel is great. staff are great and speak great english. it’s reasonably close (~7min walk) to a konbini and stations. the hostel is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, so the initial approach is very peaceful even with bulky luggage.

A surprise hidden gem! We stayed in a King Theater room and it was absolutely lovely. Spacious, comfortable with a huuuge bed and cool amenities (although we didn't use the projector much... we're in Tokyo!) and a laid back vibe. The free beer daily in the downstairs bar is a lovely touch. The cafe also makes a decent coffee! My only complaint is that you will be doing a fair bit of walking if you're on public transport - it's about 15 mins from Ueno station and maybe 10 from Nezu on the Chiyoda line, and it's easy to get turned around in the backstreets. The area is very pleasant though. I wished I had booked longer here - the value for money is fantastic.

Friendly staff, great kitchen with lots of equipment, free beer in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Located in a nice area near Ueno park, and not too close to crowded tourist traps. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all surprisingly really good quality too.
