Although kind of a hidden entrance (3rd floor of the building it is located at) Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms well maintained and amenities working as they should. At least for me is a big plus that coffee is 24/7 totally complimentary plus they offer breakfast I think for an extra charge. Really close to Meguro JR Station.
Close to the station, staff was super attentive and was helpful speaking English.
The room was very very dirty and old. It did the job but I would say at the price range there are many many other business hotel.
The breakfast was not your standard Japanese breakfast but a STEAK and curry.
Chair in the room had a cigarette burn hole. Found a cigarette butt by the desk.

Super close to Meguro station. Places to shop and eat close by.
Staff were the best part of this hotel as well as the free coffee 24/7 except that you had to go to the 3rd floor to get it. Lights flickered off a couple times upon arrival, carpet was filthy and hotel needs updates. Hotel was conveniently located to the train station and restaurants which was the main reason I didn’t check out earlier.
Suitable spot to stay for a reasonable price in Tokyo if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku or Shibuya.

The location is fantastic - 1 minute walk to Meguro Station and surrounded by convenient shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and professional. Wifi is strong only in the lobby area. Wifi in the room is very weak and useless. The room is clean but well worn - and needs upgrading.
The hotel is convenient to the traffic, near JR Station and Metro Station, and easy-going. But the rent is expensive as no breakfast included and daily cleaning isn't provided.
So glad I didn't cancel after reading reviews. No bells & whistles suited us just fine. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was great. Close to train station.
Would definitely book again on next visit. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, this one was the worst of all the places we stayed in during our trip to Japan, the facilities are old and out of date, which would not be an issue if they were maintained and clean, but that was not the case.
This place is in dire need of an upgrade and a thorough clean, claiming you’re eco and not changing the sheets every day is great but having to go to reception for toothbrushes and towels is a bit too far gone for us.
The only positive thing was that the room was spacious and the closeness to the subway.
The location was great but the stay overall was not good. It was supposed to be a nice night in the city as a family.
The hotel is very old. Things were coming off everywhere in the room. (Wallpaper, broken mirror in the bathroom, water coming out everytime we flush).
Safety hazard with the plugs & cables next to the tv. It was a real mess. We tried to change the channel and somehow porn came on. Seems like it was directly connected to the room for free.
I could smell someone smoking from outside because it was so strong. I would definitely not recommend it.
