Staff, amenities, luggage delivery services were great.
This is a great hotel. The room was clean. The staff go over and above with your requirements. It is very close to the train station as well as various restaurants and convenient stores.
The room was spotless, whenever I put the trash outside the door they cleaned it up quickly. The room is actually pretty big for a Japanese hotel, if it’s just one person that is. There was enough under the bed space for more than one suitcase. This hotel is right in front of the train station, and the popular destinations like Ikebukuro, Harajuku, Shinjuku, and Shibuya are all like 20-30 minutes away by train. The surrounding area itself is good too with having a lot of places to eat and there’s a Don Qujiote like 10 steps away from the hotel lobby.
Excellent location, friendly staff, nice comfortable bed, modern room & hotel, lots of shopping and restaurant around, three minute walk to subway station. Everything was good. I will definitely stay again next time to Japan.
Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel was so close to the station and incredible dining options including - 7 Eleven, Family Mart etc. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The public bath was amazing. They will store bags as well if you have a late flight or if you arrive early which is a great bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I ever come back to Tokyo.
Very short walk from the hotel to the Akabane train station so very convenient to get to other parts of Tokyo. Location is also surrounded by many convenience stores and dining options which is great. Facilities and room were nice and clean.
Excellent service, excellent facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Speak English perfectly, eager to help guests. Rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Loved the area, Akabane is Tokyo without the crowds!
The hotel was wonderful and spacious, with daily supplies provided at the lobby. The spa was also great and comfortable. Highly recommend it and would definitely visit again next time!
The hotel was new and modern, with helpful and friendly staffs. Onsen was simple. Location was close to JR station with only 2-3 min walk. But the food/shop nearby was limited.
Cozy hotel with spacious room (superior Hollywood twins type). Reception staff was very nice and sincere, Close to JR station and walkable to shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Super awesome stay in the Akabane area! Conveniently located to local shops, train station, and dining. The staff members were excelling in assisting our needs for our stay. The breakfast option was delicious and hearty before our long days. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling in the nearby area and need a comfy, cozy stay for a bit.
It’s just 4 minutes walk from the Akabane station. There are a lot of local shops around. The room I stayed was a loft type with high ceiling. Although size wise is small and you did not feel compact inside. I can have two big suitcases lying on the floor. The food of their restaurant was good with reasonable price.
Staff was very nice and very helpful! Rooms were clean and small, but that was to be expected! Area is ok 7/11 and Lawsons nearby, metro is close too! Overall a good experience, thank you :)
Great spot to stay in Tokyo - exceeded our expectations!
Room was a reasonable size by Tokyo standards and bed being elevated off the ground meant we could store our suitcases underneath to free up floor space. Toilet being separate from the shower was handy. Location was good - quick, easy walk (even with suitcases) to train station.
Only downside was that we wanted to sit in the downstairs communal area to get some work done on our laptops (no space to do this in our room) but were told we couldn't use this area during breakfast as we were not paying to have the breakfast buffet.
Loving my stay here at Akabaneholic! This is the first time I’m staying here and the 2nd hotel I’m staying at since returning to Japan. It’s clean and safe, and it has a sleek modern design. The first couple nights I stayed in a Double room (with a queen size bed), and my 3rd night is in the Superior Hollywood Twin room (which has 2 twin beds & is a bit more spacious). The breakfast buffet has a great selection, and I love the onsen. Also, they have complimentary Ochazuke time and afternoon tea Monday-Thursday, which is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to the JR station, which is convenient.
Helpful staff at reception. Relatively small window and the curtain could not stop the daylight to come in. Convenient location and close to train station with shops and restaurants.
