Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay.

スタッフは急なエステのリクエストにも対応いただき、丁寧でした。お部屋は禁煙だったけどややタバコ臭い感じがして、昔は喫煙だったのかなぁと。あと設備が古いので、洗面台の蛇口が押したら出るタイプで、固くて力入れて押したら、大量に激しく水が出て飛び散るという。お部屋の広さは十分あり、お掃除は行き届いていました。使い捨てスリッパと空気清浄機があると、なお良かったかな。 このホテルの売りは、ゴルフしなくても、スパもとてもいいし、何より食事が極上でした！夜の日本料理も朝のブッフェも。山の中のお城みたいで雰囲気もよく、また家族で来たいと思いました。

エクシブ鳴門と全く異なり、フロント始めホテルスタッフの接客の歓迎感が皆無。チェックイン時も自分で荷物出しをする必要があります。ゴルフ施設のため仕方ないかもしれませんが、リゾートで利用するのならお勧め出来ません。

エクシブのホスピタリティを実感しました

【良かった点】 ・夕食の中国料理レストランは、味・ホスピタリティともに素晴らしかった。 ・フロント担当、シャトルバス運転手さんが丁寧に案内してくれて助かった。 ・高台にあるため瀬戸内海が見渡せて景色が良い。 【その他】 ・大浴場(スパ)が別棟のためシャトルバスで行く必要があるのが若干面倒。ただスパはとても良かった。 ・朝食バイキングはいたって普通。 ・自家用車以外でのアクセスは不便。鳴門市街との往来は1時間に1本のシャトルバスとなるが、高速バスや電車の発着時刻と接続しているわけではないので、待ち時間が結構生じる。

施設から海と山の景色がとても綺麗に見え、のんびりとリラックスした時間を過ごせました。夕食と朝食を日本料理にしたのですが、鳴門の鯛、わかめ、鳴門金時さつまいも、鳴門れんこん、すだちなど地元の食材が使われていて、海鮮も野菜も美味しくいただきました。日本料理店では、興味を持ったお料理について、質問をすると、どのスタッフの方も丁寧に答えてくだいました。また、フロントロビーのスタッフさんには、チェックインとチェックアウトのときにお世話になりましたが、こちらの要望にも親切な対応をしていただき、本当にありがたく思いました。高速バスの停留所への無料送迎もあり、とても助かりました。バスの運転手さんも優しい方で話も弾み、良かったです。お蔭様で、短い滞在ながら、心地良く過ごせました。どうもありがとうございました。

エキシブロッジに泊まりました 施設は、綺麗ですが ロッジは、普通のゴルフのクラブハウスでした大浴場も無くバスでアロマハウスまで行くのですが中国人ばかりですまた夕食もバスで行くので 落ち着きませんでした ここで宿泊するならエキシブ本館 でないと 全然ダメです
