「The staff are always welcoming from day one. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and found it a very enjoyable experience. There has been the odd little glitch but rectified right away. The only one problem we found that if you don't want to use your car and want to use the bus service you have to walk into barnsley interchange to go anywhere its a 20 minute walk across a very busy roundabout and road. The rooms are always very clean and tidy but still an excellent place to stay. 」

「The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. There are three electrical sockets in front of the desk. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time. However, there is still room for improvement. The room is not clean. There was rubbish...

「Clean room, lovely bathroom room with toiletries. Room has all you need like mirrors and plugs and nice bedding and towels. Location is amazing and at night they lock the doors so very safe. Free coffee and there’s a good bar downstairs. Helpful staff who held our bags before our train home for us so we could enjoy the city. Always stay here when we visit 」
