"Room clean, staff terrible in attitude but they do their job, pools great for kids also kids activities were nice. White Taxis in front of the hotel are safe and prices are ok, ask for Smelin Ortiz, he was the only nice person and good attitude in the hotel, if you need safe transportation ask for him. Great access to the beach. Great location in bocagrande."

"Facilities specially the rooms smell and feel humid. Mold could be seeing groing in different areas of the room and staff like to threaten guess if they decided to cancel reservation. In my case they want to charge me because bed was dirty once I walk into tge room. I made them change the bed and I was told that they have to charge ne because I use the bed. It should not be called a hotel at all. It should be call the Wyndham Garden Cartagena Motel. Las facilidades en especial los cuartos se sentian y se respiraba la humedad. Las camas estaban sucias manchadas, y se miraba el moho creciendo en diferentes areas. Servicio al cliente es un asco y les gusta amenazar a los huespedes cuando se desea cancelar la reservacion. En mi caso cuando entre al cuarto senti el holor a humedad vi la cama sucia y manchada les hice cambiar el cubre camas y me querian cobrar por uso de las camas lo cual no hace ningun sentido. Me amenazaron con recibir cargos por cancelar la reservacion. No deberia llamarce hotel. Deberia llamarce Wyndham Garden Cartagena Motel."
