The space felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. It’s exactly what you hope for when booking a getaway. The linens and towels smelled incredibly fresh, giving that comforting “just laundered” feeling that instantly made the stay more relaxing and luxurious. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Every interaction from check-in to daily encounters was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent service, and it shows in the little details that make guests feel valued and cared for. The breakfast was another highlight. It offered a great variety and was consistently fresh and satisfying, making it the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore Niagara Falls. Overall, Vittoria Hotel delivers on all the essentials, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and quality. It’s a place where everything just feels easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls."

"Room was a bit musty and air wasn’t working. Tested and immediately someone arrived to help. We were on the first floor right by the street so a bit noisy. Group of teen track boys were super noisy with music but it eventually stopped around 11pm. Shower was powerful!! Check out was easy and all online."

"I stayed for one night to enjoy the Niagara Falls. The check-in is really late at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. Basically you’re paying for a couple hours and sleep. Checkout should be late at least 1pm or 2pm so at least the person could enjoy 24hrs (that’s what we’re paying for stay there)."
