「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「Beautiful setting. It was another very warm day but there are plenty of shady spots on the terrace where you can sit with a cool drink and enjoy the very spacious gardens. It’s a small hotel which gives it its own intimate vibe. The rooms are nicely decorated. We had a standard room which had a four poster bed. It’s an old building so the floor was a little uneven. 「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The hotel was totally unique. Our room was excellent with all the mod cons one would expect to see in a hotel room. The communal areas were very inviting. The breakfast was very good offering a bit of everything. All the staff we had dealings with were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is situated in a prime position right by the cathedral. The castle, museum, shopping and restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」
