「we took one of the VIP rooms facing the ocean for very small price increase, Breakfasts were scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well presented. only slightly downer but found in every hotel in Vietnam so far is that the showers could be a little hotter but thats just me. Highly recommend. Close to some of the best seafood you will get.」

「ロビーのスタッフさんはすごく優しい人でした。夜遅くでも丁寧に接客してくださいました。 だからこそ、これを書くのは心苦しいのですが清潔感や施設は価格相応だと思います。特にベッドシーツやエアコンが埃臭いと思いました。エレベーターはありません。ダナンの中心部からは少し離れているので夜遅い時間では人通りも少ないです。 しかしながら、このホテルを選んだおかげで様々ないい出会いが出来ました。先ほど触れたスタッフさん含め、ホテルの向かいにあるレストランではとても安価な価格（今回の旅の中で最も安かったです。）でフォーをいただくことが出来ました。また、そこの店員さんもとても優しかったです。ホテルの清潔感は、あるとは言えませんが、虫は見なかったし治安もとても良かったです。 このホテルのおかげで、私達の旅行はとても思い出に残るものとなりました。」

「我訂的是有露台的家庭房，原以為靠近海邊，可以在露台欣賞美麗的海岸線，但環境充滿漁獲的腥臭味，房間整潔度不佳，提供的浴巾破損髒污。 我的房型有包含免費的mini bar，退房後我們的車來了，櫃檯突然大聲叫住我們，要求我們mini bar要付費，我們澄清後站在原處等候服務人員花很長的時間確認後才放我們走，而計程車也只能在門口等我們，服務人員連我們享有什麼待遇都不明白，彷彿我們白吃白喝一樣，非常不受尊重。 飯店前的台階很高，完全沒有人協助搬運行李，很不友善的飯店，絕對不建議大家來住。」

「This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. 」

「Nice hotel which very comfortable. But a bit far away from the ancient city Hoi An so i have to take a taxi to there every time.」

「Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds & pillows. The staff was courteous and greeted people when arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel location is convenient, short distance walks to local markets. One suggestion is the shower area which needs a faster water drainage.」

「Nice place which is very big and clean. Especially thanks for Lisa and Tony’s assistance during or even before our stay. They helped to arrange early check in, last check out and airport pick up, also recommended and help us to book some really nice restaurants. 」

「Older very small room. Multiple bees got into our room overnight and would not leave. Rock hard bed. Location only convenient for beach and nothing else. Amazing and kind staff though!」

「Hotel is very family friendly, staff are very helpful and polite, especially VY, she provided a lot of information about the hotel facilities and Da nang restaurant suggestions etc, always checking us out day to day. There is no worries if the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, since we stayed in hotel for some indoor activities such as water park, onsen on 22nd floor, massage, Japanese tea experience etc, also there is a mini Mart for guests to buy some snacks or personal...

「The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday.」

「Meer war gut zu sehen und zu hören. Das Hotel wirkt von außen in die Jahre gekommen. Angeblich erst 2019 fertiggestellt. Es ist aufgeteilt in zwei Gebäude, wobei eins tatsächlich das Hotel ist und das andere scheinbar Apartments. Des Weiteren gibt es noch Villen. Es gibt einen großen Pool zum Schwimmen. Zimmer waren neuwertig. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. 」
