I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lasenta Boutique Hotel Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff An, Leo and Paul were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Bellboy Alex was also very helpful ensuring fast handling of all our luggages as there were 12 of us in my party. Not only were the front desk staff efficient and professional, but they also went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any inquiries I had, they were always ready to assist with a positive attitude.Furthermore, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stay.
