Staff were polite and friendly. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location was out of the way from all local amenities but opposite the beach which was peaceful.

Booked junior suite; amazing view of sea. Staffs were very helpful and courteous, from checking in, buffet breakfast, etc. really great stay despite being a little further from town will be back

The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Amazing ocean view. Location is towards the end on My Khe beach but that is not a problem if you rent a bike. Staff was helpful, only there no responses on the queries raised with the hotel before check-in through the online feature.

Grand Gold hotel is good. We had a wonderful view of the beach from our room. Staff were friendly n helpful especially Hana was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, can be much better with more varieties.

This hotel is a little gem. From the beginning of our stay to the end the staff have been fantastic. The hotel is super clean the room realy large. Its really quietly at night so you can get a good sleep Its is right opposite the beach a little out of the main town but a cheap grab ride is about $4 Australian. The pool is a great temperature its clean and looks over the bay. We would not hesitate to stay here again

We came to Da Nang with a group of 12 for a business conference and stayed at this hotel. The good points about this hotel: the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and the foods were great. The bad points were: the rooms were outdated, the only things provided in the bathroom were towels and soap and shampoo. We had a late flight coming in and their restaurant were near closing time. We asked if they could accommodate our group. They told us yes, but when we got to the restaurant, we were turned away. They redirected us to their bar, which didn't serve meals, just finger foods. They were the most expensive egg rolls and fried wonton we have ever eaten.

Wasn’t really good experience at all, aircon went off at midnight really dirty bathroom and mould on the shower and toilet area, toilet wasn’t clean properly, we felt Like we are in the oven at midnight, booked another apartment for next day.

We had a great stay at the Grand Gold. Honeymoon suite was very spacious, and extremely clean. Breakfast buffet was extremely good with an excellent selection of great food. Friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.
