"It is a nice location and I have every intention of staying there again if I can. The only thing that was a little frustrating was maid service. We made sure to put the request sign on before we left for the day, and they didn't restock the coffee or give fresh towels. We had no other expectations. Just those two. We requested and received what we needed when we returned. I would suggest if you are staying there and you need comprehensive service to call ahead before you leave for the day. The views of the tower bridge and the close vicinity to a lot of great activities were absolutely worth any small frustrations."

"There are not enough stars for The Ned! It was perfect in every way. The most wonderful part was the staff. Everyone was so genuinely nice! This was our first trip to London and it was the best week ever. The food was amazing. Each restaurant was unique and delicious. Our room was absolutely beautiful. I had three spa treatments and each was better than I had anywhere. The Ned is a very high end property but has no pretense whatsoever. Some hotels feel very cold but The Ned has the utmost warmth. Our favorite was the live music every night. Such a fun place to hang out before dinner and have a drink. The building is an old bank building with soaring ceilings. Somehow, they have made it feel cozy. We will definitely be back and stay longer! The Ned is 11/10!"

"Great location, close to Tower Hill station and some good pubs and restaurants. Room and bathroom were clean. Furniture average but well maintained. Staff were the best part, everyone friendly was and helpful, even at a very busy time. I did not go to the top floor bar, which looked like it might be nice. Will probably re-book next time I need to be in City."
