"Our room was almost brand new. Great view of the Duluth Depot and Library from our windows. The bed was perfect and the kitchenette would have been great if we would have stayed longer. You can exit the hotel onto Superior St. Easy to pop out and find a restaurant or coffee. "

"Hot tub was just what I needed! The hotel is clean well cared for. The suite is large. Everything you need is provided. The breakfast (self serve) was fantastic! How they changed an old ship building factory into this wonderful place to stay is amazing. The decor is very well done. Interesting and inviting. "

We were very pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso maker in the room for our morning coffee, what a treat! We would definitely choose this hotel again. "
