「Pleasant stay. Great service. Refurbished hotel. The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. 「VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

「The hotel is located near the underground (Central and Circle line) so it is pretty easy to get to the attractions in the city, and is 15-minute from Paddington station by foot. There is a small park next to the hotel, and my room was faced the park. In terms of the room, it is very clean and warm, but is very tiny. If you have a large suitcase, it is hard to open it. Anyway, the price is quite reasonable for the hotel at the heart of London.」
