「The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.」

「The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. 「The room is nice enough for the price. My only complaint is that the shower drain was extremely slow. So slow i dont know how housekeeping cleans it and hasnt reported a problem to maintenance. I asked the night desk person to have maintenance look at it in the morning. At 6pm the next day i checked the drain and nothing had been done. Talked to the next desk person and was told maintenance doesnt enter a room without permission from the occupant. A confusing statement. I asked for a plunger and...
