"The hotel is in a great location as it is close to Regent Park, restaurants and shopping. The quality of the breakfast in the Level Lounge was very good and the the hotel staff was fantastic. The only negative is that they do not have parking at the hotel however there are parking lots close by. I would definitely stay at the hotel again with my family when visiting London."

"This hotel was just a few blocks from Euston train station. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast down the road at the Noxy which had good coffee/espresso and breakfast bagels as well as pastries. The next morning we took the train to Heathrow, which took us about 50 minutes, but dropped us off right in our terminal. This was the new Elizabeth Line…lovely, air conditioned train:)"

We had two rooms and they allowed us to have an available room immediately and later they offered a bigger room. The only problem was the water pressure in sink and shower and hot water often in the sink instead of cold. We will stay here again."
