"Disappointing that the dry sauna was not working, but the pool and hotbtub were nice. There was a very attentive and helpful male lifeguard who made sure me and my children were safe in the pool, as they are not able to swim. Was reassuring to see him watching closely for their safety. "

"Hire was solid overall, but there were some minor technical issues (sliding door didn’t work sometimes and you to wait in the cold without a backup option, card was deactivated before check out). Great helpful staff however."

"The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!"

"The rooms were nice. But not very sound proof the person in the next room had there phone alarm set for early in the morning. It rang for 20-25 minutes straight. I could clearly hear it through the walls. I guess they were just a heavy sleeper "
