Self-parking here is a nightmare as they share parking with the mall, so we ended up having to park on P3, and staff din’t inform that the elevator from P3 doesn’t take you the reception, and it’s not easy to figure out how to switch “3” elevators to get to the reception. End up getting out in the mall, tried 4 different elevators spread across the mall before finding the one that took us to the reception 30 mins later. Then the line up at the reception was too long with only 2 counters. Then we find that they have the earliest closing hours for the pool at 9 pm? Finally, 1 hour later we make it to our room, only to realize the city view room we paid for is on a lower floor and has two large windows - one with a clear view of the alley full of garbage and second faced the under construction museum. Why offer city view room at a surcharge when you know the view is going to poor and on a low floor? So we changed to a room “without city view”, no refund was offered obviously. We then rush to the pool and get there at 8:10 pm, and find the area full of chaos - people diving into pool over other people, muddy/slippery floor and NO towels. When we asked we were told that they are about to close, but if we really wanted we could go ask at the reception and someone maybe able to bring more towels.
Next morning we experienced a sad breakfast with long waiting line, very few options, invisible servers, and only one working but dirty high chair that we had to wait 15 mins for.
