「We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. 「Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. 「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」
