Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. 「The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

「Parking was great room was small and hot when windows were open could hear a constant dripping sound. Hotel needs a lot of work plenty of staff but no direction maintenance man was loading plates for dishwasher at breakfast. Why not repair the skirting coming away in accessible bathroom or replace the broken lights even clean the windows. Breakfast was off poor quality would not stay again」
