「We very much enjoyed this hotel. It had a good central location, only a few blocks from Broadway street so we were able to walk everywhere. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did not make any use of the hotel restaurant so we cannot speak to that. The workout room was a bit sparse but about what one would expect at a hotel.
The only minor issue we had was that we felt that the housekeeping came rather late in the day, if at all, and we had to call...

「Property was clean. Room was clean--bed was not comfortable. Bar area was full. Took a while to be served as we sat at a table the first time. Later, we were addressed and served right away. I do feel the on-site parking is quite expensive. We paid for the convenience. Location was perfect for exploring the downtown area. I would return. 」

「This property is nice, but the service was not great. We had 10 people in our group and all 8 were put on the same floor but us. When we asked to have our room to be on the same floor they would not accommodate. When we asked for a late checkout instead of 11 we leave at 1, they said no they had an influx of people coming in on Monday, we didn’t see a single person checking in on the Monday.
