「We have stayed at the inn before several years back, and decided to stay again. We love the historic look of the Balsam mountain Inn, we learned that it changed ownership a few years back and the new owners are looking to preserve the classic look that appeals to everyone so much. They want to keep it as original as possible which is great, the down side of that is they removed the window units from the rooms. 「I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time I have enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always on point plus they always have some sort of event happening which is great! I absolutely LOVE their new coffee machine!!! It is awesome! They have a great restaurant if you are looking for a dessert or a little snack. 」
