「I was truly impressed with my stay here.Great location nice rooms with full size refrigerator microwave and cooking area Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice sitting area outside with a fire pit.I was really impressed with the staff especially Scott who works at front desk.He gave me great suggestions about where visit in the area and a list of great restaurants to visit.If iam ever in the area again i would definitely stay at the hotel 」

「The room was clean, staff were friendlly, what there was of it. Did not use business center, too cold to use pool. We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, arcade for kids and hot breakfast. Hot breakfast was next door at the Hampton but good. Arcade was a pool table (nothing for younger kids) and no restaurant; also no room service, no information of any kind in the room, and the bar was closed Friday through Monday morning. No one at guest services at night, just the hotel...

「What a delight. This property looks brand new. The room was large, the shower was great, the bed, bedding and linens all were first class. We used the pool and it was nice, although the shower they ask you to take was not working and a spa would have been a good addition. The best part of the stay was Danh. To find someone this young and this competent is rare. We would be glad to stay there again. 」

「Employee at check-in was super friendly. Quick check-in, too. Only one elevator. Room was ok. The beds were soooo small. Not really queen size at all, more like doubles. Carpet in room looked dirty simply because of the color, and it was actually dirty based on the bottoms of our socks. Mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in when we got there. 「I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
