"Okay, So... I'm going to be totally honest. I never write reviews, 'this Motel" I feel like I have to. So, the Cleanliness was probably 4 maybe 5 stars. However the Staff was horrible. I live in Columbus & my family traveled from Pittsburgh. They came up to see me. We got there pretty late around 12am. So I reserved my room beforehand and I was going to bring them up to my room. So I could help them book a room via 3rd party for a discount. As soon as the Staff seen them heading up to my room. I got a phone call. The lady demanded no Visitor's & wanted me to come to the office. Heading down to the office, she yelled at me & basically bullied me into the door. Very unprofessional. I literally had to explain myself to the point that I had to have my mother-in-law book a room through them instead. The whole time this lady, that works in the office is literally on my ass about everything like I'm a 2nd class citizen when I was a paying customer. I absolutely did nothing wrong but try to stay at a motel where my family was at. So come 10:30am, she literally only knocks on my door to say, "Check Out" is at 11. I was up by 9:30am dressed, planning my Uber & breakfast. I felt like I wasn't allowed to stay another night, even if I wanted to. The point is, I really wanted to like motel, but the staff made it impossible. She really made it feel like a prison. I will never stay here again because I will always feel unwelcome. "Room was clean. Wifi worked fine. Front desk rep was nice. Parking was scary as it was a bit crowded and many cars were beat up. The bed also needs replaced. They had a queen mattress on a king frame and it was worn out. But the room was clean do and check in was easy so I'd stay again. "

"The tub was black, the toilet was nonstop running and didn't flush. The ac kept rattling. The $100 deposit wasn't known until day of. Was told that I had to pay 30 extra for a late check out, which was only an extra hour. All around, not very great."

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "
