"Checkbin was delayed, couldn't check in until 4:30pm. Was given a room with queen size bed but reservation was for king size. When they finally changed rooms, the king size room had no tv remote, no coffee maker, no towels/washclothe, nobice trays. So finally we settled for the queen, but i should've been compensated for this disaster!!!"

"One light fixture was hanging off the wall, tv as visibly damaged, there was a large toenail next to the bed, blood stains on the sheets, brown stained towel behind the toilet, hair on the back of the bathroom door. Window was partially ajar"

"I ordered a 2 bed room and only got one bed when i bought for 2 beds and the entire stay was meh"

"I didn’t think it would be possible to be as bad as the reviews but I tried and found out it was. The property and buildings are falling apart. The lobby is always locked which you will realize is because there’s always drug addicts lurking in the parking lots. They do have security which is nice. When leaving for the day on Saturday there were 5 cops huddled around a door, trying to draw out a person from their room. There was no soap or shampoo provided in the rooms. I bought my own. They don’t clean the rooms in between nights or bring new towels. The one bright spot is when you call the number on the door to get into the lobby, the woman who eventually comes out to let you in is extremely nice. She seems unphased by any of this too. There’s a sign in the lobby that reads to the effect of, if you’re staying over 28 or 30 days, you have to check out and recheck back in. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to stay that long, let alone over a night. It’s gross guys. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. Unless of course you want to feel like you’re staying in government housing."

"Look, it gets the job done. It was a bed to sleep in that was cheaper than anywhere else in Columbus during a music festival. Was it shady? Absolutely. Outdated? 100% But the staff was just trying their best and so was everything else about this Motel-6-esk hotel and honestly? I’m okay with that. Maybe that says more about me as a person than I care to admit, but hey, get what ya pay for. Also friendly tip: The ice machine was broken with no hope of revival and the shower looked like it was from my grandma’s house and missing a drain cover. So bring coolers and possible shower shoes if that matters to ya—I, personally, did not get foot fungus so that’s a plus."
