"Everything was pretty great for the price besides the comfort of the beds, i had to buy a foam top and a foam pillow but honestly im probably just spoiled other people might not mind the beds. The place was clean and the location is great"

"There was no TV in the room, it wasn't clean. We brought blankets and pillows to cover the bed. I didn't see any bugs which is the only reason we stayed. Staff was great, easy to work with and pretty funny. I knew it wasn't going to be great by the pictures and reviews but it was booked last minute out of desperation and the place cost 1/3 or less than anything else for the weekend due to the festival so you get what you pay for... The bus stop right out front was really helpful and a huge plus. There was not many outlets in the room and they were used by the 2 lamps, microwave, and mini fridge which worked but the lamps were definitely a fire hazard. "

"This hotel is not as described and the pictures are not accurate. There is no breakfast, according to the receptionist there hasn't been since covid. The whole place is dirty and stinks like cigarettes. We were also told the hotel was overbooked, and they weren't going to give us tbe room we paid for. After insisting they found a different room for us, but it is a management problem to overbook like that. Additionally, it seems like Columbus Grande doesn't exist at all, and it is actually the buckeye inn. The front door has both signs on it, and both addresses are for the same building. But all the rooms are the same. It seems like the buckeye inn is trying to pass itself off as the "nicer" Columbus grande. About the only good thing I can say is the wifi is free and that worked well. "

"The room was dirty. The microwave wouldn't open after use, you had to unplug it to get the door open. They were repaving the parking lots, so some people had to park on the street. There was no water for a whole day. Overall it was not good and I would not recommend it."

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me."
