"This hotel is not as described and the pictures are not accurate. There is no breakfast, according to the receptionist there hasn't been since covid. The whole place is dirty and stinks like cigarettes. We were also told the hotel was overbooked, and they weren't going to give us tbe room we paid for. After insisting they found a different room for us, but it is a management problem to overbook like that. Additionally, it seems like Columbus Grande doesn't exist at all, and it is actually the buckeye inn. The front door has both signs on it, and both addresses are for the same building. But all the rooms are the same. It seems like the buckeye inn is trying to pass itself off as the "nicer" Columbus grande. About the only good thing I can say is the wifi is free and that worked well. "

"The room was dirty. The microwave wouldn't open after use, you had to unplug it to get the door open. They were repaving the parking lots, so some people had to park on the street. There was no water for a whole day. Overall it was not good and I would not recommend it."

"The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me."

"As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me which helped air out the room and deal with the heat. Other than that there was all kinds of large garbage outside by the stairs and in the hallways. I mean, broken water heaters, mattresses, shopping carts with broken microwaves. The whole place was just a hot mess. "

"Rough start... upon arrival, I was informed the room I reserved was unavailable. We were initially given a smaller room until the hostess came up hours later apolgizing for the mistake. Housekeeping did not come during the 4 day stay. The bathroom was not cleaned and in awful condition... dirty shower and toilet we had to clean ourselves. Bistro staff were wonderful but Bistro was minimally staffed."
