Staff very nice and helpful. There's definitely some areas that need to be cleaned and paid attention to better. All in all we had a good stay, felt safe, slept well.

It was ok. The front desk person seems to have so many duties that twice we waited for 10 minutes for someone. When we first checked in, we were given a room with dirty baby wipes and trash all over it. Mistakes happen. But we almost left. Our new room had shelves built upside down and crooked and a bathroom door not well hung so it wouldnt close. Privacy to go to the bathroom would have been nice. Other than the front desk person, the rest of the staff is just sitting on their phones. Unhelpful. I wouldn’t stay there again if I had the choice.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere! Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We had a concert at 6. We got there around 5 they told us our room wasn’t ready yet and that they’d call me when it was well 40 minutes later we had to get ready to go to the show.. room still not ready and on the way up the whole place smelled like fried fish and weed…but we dropped our bags and left. Almost 5 hours later room is just as disgusting as it was when we left! No sheets on the bed, dried pee and pubic hair on the toilet, food in the sink and all over the floor. Nothing anyone could do so we had to pack up and leave and drive two hours back home!

The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas

As soon as we walked in to the lobby the place smelled like someone was smoking weed, the staff was very unprofessional with a client i say they were flirting, one of the staff members was smoking in the front entrance. they put us in a room on the 2nd floor, as soon as we walked in we walked back out and to the front desk, this room was not acceptable it smelled like a pack of dogs had slept in that room, we were then given a room on the ground floor that was more acceptable, it was clean and smelled good. I was charged a $75 deposit i was not prepared for this as I was not aware this was expected. This is not a place for family's to stay at!!!!!
