"Very Clean Hotel & Room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating even after I had issues with payment. The airport shuttle was courteous and convenient. I enjoyed breakfast at club lounge because staff there was so positive and kind. All around great experience."

"The property was lovely, breakfast was plentiful and not expensive. My BIG complaint, though, is not with the Inn; it's with Expedia, who clearly didn't do their part on this reservation. When we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation thru Expedia. They said they had been experiencing a number of problems with reservations made thru Expedia. Fortunately for us, it was not a busy time for the Inn and they were able to accomodate us with a fine room for the same rate we reserved thru Expedia. But if that had not been the case, we would have been screwed. Expedia needs to get their act together."
