「This resort always amazes me. This is the second time staying here, four years apart. The staff are amazing, they are constantly working and cleaning the pools and outdoor restrooms. The food is always great at the pelican. It’s never too crowded. The only downfall we noticed was the quiet pool area. No one really was ever in it. I have an 11 year old and we wished she could have used the hot tub-it was adults only as well.」

「A very clean and well presented hotel. The staff i encountered at front desk were exceptional. I only stayed for one night, and wished I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend. The room was a great size, with a circular bath tub (which was fab),and a very comfortable bed. The room came with teas and coffee, and water, and there was free bottled water on hand at reception. A very nice touch.」

「This was such a great find. The property is on the beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. It's a small boutique style "motel" with charm. If you're looking for luxury this isn't it but comfort with beach access for a reasonable price then this is the spot. Friendly staff delicious resturant on site with gorgeous sunsets. They keep the property very clean. My one negative which they are trying to fix are the mosquitoes. Even sitting on the beach past 6pm will have you running inside....

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」

「This was our second time returning to The Sands. The rooms are spotless! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Hemingways is amazing! Great food and the best waitstaff. The beach views can’t be beat and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the ocean. Someone is always there to lend a hand if needed. I can’t say enough about The Sands! It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!」
