「Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!」

The royal West Indies is unique because it is not a big property and you get to know all of the staff pretty much by name. Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach. Assistance from desk clerk as well as housekeeper was noticeable. The full laundry appliances in the room were very helpful. The outdoor grilling area near the pool was very helpful since...
