「The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. 「Le was there waiting for me gave me the key. She showed me everything so I can get to the room without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked excellently. I had a wonderful time staying in this room and definitely will reserve it again next time.」

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay central but avoid the noisy high-rise hotels」

When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel. I hope the hotel improves its customer service...
