"The hotel is old. There is no air conditioning in lobby. Guest leaves the room and all electric shut off leave the room very hot when come back.It is 5 star hotel but cannot compare to others. Staff are wonderful."

"This is a filthy, old hotel that I would rate a 0 if it was an option. The pictures you see is not relevant and very deceiving. The ratings are also deceiving. The bathroom and toilet is located next to each other (yes, the shower AND toilet are in the same space). I’m not sure how this hotel passed sanitary. The walls were dirty. The hall light was not working. We had a total of four rooms and all were disgusting. Upon checking out, they charged us for dirty towels and one of the dirty towels were from the previous guests that left it there. We tried to dispute it but they wouldn’t budge (honestly felt like they charged us cause they could get away with it). One of the rooms had ants and when calling the front desk to ask someone to come to the room to look at it, they stated they will send someone. No one ever came. There were flies in hotel lobby and in breakfast buffet food area. This place is a dump and beyond worse than a Motel 6. I would NOT recommend unless you don’t mind staying in horrible conditions."

"Communication was difficult even with google translate. Reception staff were pleasant and tried to help. Staff overall not friendly. The breakfast was included however it was difficult for us to find western food to eat besides fruit and fruit juice the bread was very stale. Nobody explained you could order eggs. We happened to see a local person order them on our last day. I don’t think the restaurant staff were confident enough interact with foreigners. We actually ate outside the hotel for breakfast most days. The hotel promotion photos made it look much better than it is Room was sold with ocean glimpse. You had to lean out the window and look down an alley. We also had a balcony to sit on with 7 x air conditioner condensers above our head. The elevators were old rusty and dirty. The housekeeping was good bed comfy sheets clean bathroom clean. Overall not worth the money. Would not return or recommend"
