頭頓 5 星級飯店

「Everything is perfect. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Clean room.」

「Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

「Ants are in the property, no dish washing detergent」

「Great price, great room」

「Very nice staff and good facilities especially for kids. We enjoyed the breakfast and buffet dinner. The only complaint about the hotel is too noisy during the weekend.」

「The check in was terrible long. Even though we already communicated on WhatsApp and has confirmed the check in time. The bathroom towels was dirty and ripped. I was of the ratings of this place I was so disappointed it. 」
