"Second time of staying whilst in HCMC, didnt dissappoint. I was welcomed back (nice touch) given a higher floor (appreciated) and enjoyed the various facilities which, as always enjoyed the gym (good technogym) and spotless. Staff were lovely, helpful, and gave me the impression they love their jobs and looking after their customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Im back in VN in 6-8 weeks and this has become my first choice spot."

"Not a bad place to stay in except it is different from hotels. You will need to call for house keeping and services. Only problem is there is a rubbish room on every floor and there is some smell whenever you pass the room and in the corridor. Overall still acceptable."

"Stayed for 1 night. Beautiful grand hotel with amazing views of the river, boats & bridge. The room felt a little dated. For all the opulence throughout common areas it was a let down that the room’s decor was so basic. Bed was a bit firmer than expected, the ac barely cooled the room & fridge was mildly cool. The water pressure was amazing. Loved the upscale bidet. Very good hot water. Amazing view. Amenities were terrific. I would recommend it."
