Staffs in the restaurant did not understand even a simple English like Lunch. The breakfast is rather poor and needs to be improved. Not much restaurant for dinner nearby and they do not accept the credit cards.

The hotel was for a overnight stay before reboarding a cruise. Modern building but aging. Rooms were Ok but lots of things didn't work (Lights in bathroom, main room light flicking, etc) Staff were VERY helpful. Restaurant was adequate but staff service was poor.

보증금 요구.

여러차례 방문한 호텔 입니다. 숙박객에대한 일반적인 서비스는 친절 합니다. 그러나 Check In시 Deposite(보증금)을 필요 이상의 금액으로 요구 합니다. 이해하지만 Card 승인은 하지 말아야지요. 그래서 숙박비는 선불하였는데 왜 보증금을 청구하냐고 물어보면 숙박 완료 후 문제 없으면 취소를 한다고 합니다. 유럽, 일본, 미주 어느 호텔을가도 Deposite 결재는하지만 승인은 하지 않아요. Check Out할때 이상 없으면 문제 없으니까요. 이 호텔은 보증금 다시 돌려 받는데 6개월 걸렸읍니다. 매달 카드 명세서 확인해야하고, 너무 불편 하네요. 또한 아침 식사 중 제가 먹을려고하는 음식이 없어 달라고하니 다른거 먹으라고 합니다. 황당! WIFI는 객실에서는 잘 되지도 않아요.

푸미공단 근처에서는 다른 호텔 대안이 없음

푸미공단 근처에서는 다른 호텔 대안이 없음. 푸미공단 출장 갔다가 업무가 늦게 끝나 호치민이나 붕따우로 나가기 힘들어 할 수 없이 하룻밤 묵었음. 정말 허접한 호텔임. 주변에 아무것도 없음. 주유소와 로컬 노점가게 한두곳이 전부 임. 식당이 밤10시에 마치고 나면 룸써비스도 끊기고 미니바에 스넥이나 컵라면도 없음. 배를 채울 수도 없고 굶고 자야 함. 방은 쓸대 없이 너무 큼. 빈 교실 같은 방에 침대하나 덩그러니... 아침 식사는 베트남에서 투숙한 호텔중 최악 임. 붕따우에 있는 딕스타호텔 아침 식사와 막상막하 임. 아무리 늦어도 택시타고 호치민이나 붕따우로 이동해서 자는 것이 바람직 함.
