「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

「Everything after arrival was great. But everything before that was horrible. Good luck if you wish to book anything inadvance. Very unhelpful staff. When I called directly, the staff even said please book through because booking at the moment “is a lot of work”」

「The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. 」

「The room is clean but nothing special, the only attraction was that it is NEW, nothing special. The room was advertised with a "SEPARATE Bath & shower... but they are combined & there is no shower curtain to contain the water. There is NO plumbing of the bath, the bath water drains out onto the floor....very bad design...! fountain shower head is ok, but the hand held shower head does NOT work...! I did not use the pool, but i saw it, an the pool area is very cramped. The photos of the pool...

「Rooms & hallways are always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I do not travel with pets and I did not see any pets. The pool looks clean, although I have not used it.」
