"Such a wonderful property with incredible ocean views - very quiet and peaceful. The pool was an added bonus. The only minor maintenance items was the broken seal in the window which concealed the spectacular view. Highly recommend this property to couples, families or anyone seeking the ambiance of west coast living. The dining room was closed for the 2 nights we were there but there are lots of other dining options relatively close by or bring your own picnic to enjoy on your own private deck!"

"Nice staff, good onsite restaurant and free underground parking. The hotel is located right next to the community boardwalk, you can see the most amazing sunset here. Hours of fun during low tides, and there are plenty of wild bunnies in this area, they are adorable!"

"I have been using the Old House aș Mt Comox mid-island base over the yesrs and happy to see that their service level is getting better all the time. Nice well cared property and having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the apartment have been a big deciding factor for choosing them repeatedly."

"King bed with lovely linens -fantastic! In room fridge and AC unit a little noisy but we figured out white noise strategies. Lights on balcony stay on (front of building) so had to sleep with curtains and patio window closed due to light. Personal preference to have darkness perhaps. Perfect to be right across from beach for anytime beach time. Pool, hot tub and sauna areas exceptionally clean and well maintained. Had amazing seafood chowder and a pizza from the restaurant - in room service. Both excellent. Can’t wait to return next year to the upper corner suite!! Front desk team and Captain were super helpful and fun. Loved our special rides in golf cart and the VW!! "

"The staff made the whole experience different. We had no idea what to do but the staff gave quite a bit of good advice. The unit itself was a bit tricky as the paintings were all gone for some reason, but have easy access to outdoor pool, beach, etc. We wish they didn’t run out of coffee mate or had the restaurant open. A lot of indoor/ outdoor activities were available to check out. Highly recommended for family with kids"
