「The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we checked in they had 29 check-outs with only 2 house keepers so naturally our room was not ready. Instead of making us wait (which we were totally happy to do) they upgraded us to a beautiful suite free of charge. We also got free mini-golf at the amusement park across the street which was very fun. We will stay at this hotel every time we stay in Parksville!」

「The outdoor swimming pool area was a hit with our kids and the property and hotel itself were very clean. Our room was comfortable, cleaners did a good job every day and front desk staff were friendly. The restaurant was also wonderful and tasty!」

「what I liked about the property was the overall ambiance, as well as the cleanliness and great room size. The excellent service from all staff members and the delicous food and wines. My complaint would be the tripping hazard outside the building, between the parking lot and the carriage porch. My husband and I both tripped over it at different times. Our concern is that it could prove quite dangerous to someone with less agility or unsteady on their feet.」
