Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are clean and staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms have full size kitchens. The property is close to everything and is quiet and the manager Alicia is very helpful and accommodating to the guests. The prices are also affordable.

I am trying to work with Expedia to have this property removed from their site. The pictures make it seem like it is a okay place to stay. It is not. It is filthy, it is sketchy, and at times downright scary. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to book this hotel for their stay in Temple. Not only were the floors filthy but the location also had extreme mold. There was a good size closet without any hangers. There was a kitchenette with zero supplies in case you needed a pot to cook in or a plate to put something on. I understand why they wouldn't keep these things there but it wasn't helpful that I had to go and make sure that I had items so that I could cook my meals while I was there. I will say that the bed was clean. I used my little UV flashlight on it and it was fine. The AC was abominable. I was hot the entire time I was there.

This place had a nice kitchen inside, since we were travelling with my mother in law, she loved the kitchen to be able to cook breakfast for us, although, we could have easily bought breakfast at Jack n Box as well, but she was intent on cooking us breakfast, and because this place did not supply anything such as pots, pans or any dishes, dish sponges, dish soap, we had to spend extra $$$ to get all of these items, to the tune of $130 dollars (including random other things we bought). My mother in law and her dog got their own bed, me, my husband and baby had to squeeze onto the other bed. There was no crib for the baby, but to be fair I didn't ask them for one so maybe they did have it, but I didn't ask for it. For some reason they did not want us to be on the first floor but mother in law has bad knee. And unfortunately they do have cockroaches in our room, and someone left behind black sports bra behind the curtain that my husband was convinced was mine and tried to give to me but I didn't want it.

Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff are very nice and friendly and help with anything you need in a promptly manner. The manager Alicia and front desk lady are great! And the rooms have full size kitchens and are spacious. Room rates are very affordable. I recommend anyone to stay here.

I was not able to stay due to one of the ppl with me could not climb the stairs and nothing else was available. Additionally it felt unsafe for us and parking lot had garbage everywhere. The manager was great and issued refund but also told me I had to contact Expedia to cancel. Which has proved impossible. I can’t even chat with ai assistant. I downloaded app, signed in, got 2 different codes and am unable to cancel my stay with Expedia. Trust me when I say I will NEVER use Expedia again in my lifetime. I will also alert all friends and family. Thank you

Actually was a very old motel with lots of long term rentals. Went to room and look wouldn't work, the room was a shambles, and when we turned on light in bathroom roaches scattered. We did not stay the night! Hosts were nice enough but facility was in terrible repair. Picture is very deceiving....
